Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you choose a subscription plan, you agree to be charged automatically at the price shown at checkout, on the schedule you selected (every month, every 2 months or every 3 months), until you cancel. Your first order is charged at checkout and each next order is charged on its renewal date.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime, with no fees and no commitment. Log in to your account from the Manage subscription link in our menu, or contact us with your order number or email and we'll cancel it for you.

When to cancel

To avoid your next charge, cancel before your next renewal date. Cancelling stops all future orders; orders already charged or shipped are not affected.

Skip or change

Instead of cancelling, you can also skip a delivery, change your delivery date or frequency, or update your address and payment method from your account.
