01Product & how to take it
What is Sweet Reset?
A daily capsule made for people who always want "something sweet" after a meal. It combines Gymnema sylvestre, saffron and chromium to support sugar cravings, snacking and appetite.*
What's inside?
Per daily serving (2 capsules): Gymnema sylvestre extract 400 mg, saffron extract 176.5 mg and chromium 200 mcg (as chromium picolinate).
How do I take it?
Take 2 capsules a day with water. One bottle contains 60 capsules, which is a 30-day supply.
When will I notice a difference?
Everyone is different. Take it every day for a few weeks; that's why we recommend starting with at least 2 months.*
Who should not take Sweet Reset?
Sweet Reset is for adults. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have diabetes or a medical condition, or take medication (especially for blood sugar), talk to your doctor before using it.
Can I take it with my medication?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first, especially if you take medication that affects blood sugar.
How should I store it?
In a cool, dry place away from sunlight, with the lid closed. Keep out of reach of children.

How much is shipping?
Standard Insured Shipping (6–10 business days) is $4.95, and free on orders of $50 or more. DHL Express is $9.99.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1 business day.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also track it anytime on our Track your order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can make changes as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.
My order is late or didn't arrive. What should I do?
Contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out. Every standard order is shipped insured.
03Subscription
How does the subscription work?
Choose a delivery every month, every 2 months or every 3 months and save up to 43%. Your next delivery is sent automatically, and you can skip or cancel anytime.
How do I manage my subscription?
Click Manage subscription in the menu and log in with the email you ordered with. From there you can skip a delivery, change the date, frequency or quantity, update your address or card, or cancel.
How do I cancel?
In a few clicks from the Manage subscription page. You can also contact us and we'll do it for you. No fees, no commitment.
I don't see my subscription when I log in.
Make sure you use the same email as your order. Still nothing? Contact us with your order number.
Can I buy once, without a subscription?
Yes. Use the "Buy once" link under the Add to Cart button on the product page.
04Refunds & payment
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. You have 30 days to try Sweet Reset. If you're not happy, contact us and we'll refund you. No need to send anything back.
How do I get a refund?
Contact us with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Can I use a discount code on a subscription?
It depends on the current offer. If a code can't be combined with your subscription savings, checkout will let you know.
